Tests: a man in Zhejiang Province, China made a shocking discovery itself womanA Chinese man was left shocked when she went to the doctor for stomach pains and blood in the urine-only to find that she was his woman.
Married 44-year-old man in Zhejiang province, China, visited the local doctor and his wife in Yongkang, where he made a shocking discovery, all the time, in fact, has been woman.
After examining the full doctors discovered that he had a whole bunch of female genitals, in conjunction with the penis-which he said had given him ten years of active sex life with his wife.
But doctors doubted.
The doctors said his genitals were different than the other men, and he doesn't have the Adam's apple.
The first people in Yongkang, the hospital spokesman said doctors suspected that Mr Chen was the first woman.
He said: "she was wearing men's clothes, short hair, so we do not think that she would be the woman in the beginning."
However, Mr Chen said that he would have known that something was wrong when she found herself constantly feeling tired of the face and the legs.
Worse still, he found the constant blood in his urine.
A CT scan soon became apparent that he had the uterus and the ovaries.
At the same time, the chromosome study showed that Mr Chen was a pair of sex chromosomes XX, making him genetically female.
The condition of "Intersex" affects one in every 2,000 births in the United Kingdom (although the numbers may be much higher) and there is an estimated 30 000 intersex people in the UK.
There are a number of known abnormalities, which can lead to specific sexual ambiguity.
So-called XX male syndrome occurs in people who have two X chromosomes, one of which contains a significant amount of genetic material from the Y chromosome.
These people seem to be male, but are in fact genetically female. Usually they have their male organs, but it is often underdeveloped.
They also often develop breasts and maintain, taking the brawl.
In fact, biologists now recognize a number of conditions, the genetic and otherwise, that are marked with the term intersex-which replaces the older terms such as "hermaphrodite".
Intersex people may be genetically female but physiologically, man. Some are true hermaphrodites produce eggs and sperm.
Mr Chen was also suffering from congenital adrenal hyperplasia, a genetic disease which causes the adrenal glands to swell and increase in stress hormone in the male sex hormones.
Fixed removed later surgically in her adrenal glands.
Such a doctor's case is extremely rare, and the doctors have not confirmed whether Mr Chen hermaphrodite or intersex. But he seemed to have two types of sex organs.
Doctors said it was too late for Mr Chen to seek treatment for his unusual problem was only effective for younger people.
